3) How does Satispay support young talents in their first years of their career?
Your journey starts with a Bootcamp in Milan to see how the engine functions. From there, you’ll have the opportunity to shadow 10 different teams to understand the company from every perspective. You’ll have a Buddy and access to Satischool to sharpen any skill you’re interested in, always followed by your manager's support, with recurrent 1:1's. If you're ready for a change after a year, our internal mobility lets you pivot into a new department before a role is even posted publicly.
4) What initiatives do you put in place to promote wellbeing, a positive company culture, and a healthy work–life balance?
