1) What makes VF Corporation an attractive place to work for someone considering a new career opportunity?

2) What are the roles you most frequently recruit for, and which skills are currently the most strategic for VF Corporation?

As a footwear and apparel company, our roles cover a wide range of areas throughout the brands as well as our shared functions - from Marketing to Planning, Product Design to eCommerce, as well as Sustainability, Legal and Finance.

Alongside technical capabilities, we look for people who demonstrate a consumer-focused approach, adaptability and a collaborative mindset, qualities that support our way of working in a fast-evolving environment. This includes also finding candidates with a strong growth mindset, and with a collaborative spirit that also supports shared success. 3) How does VF Corporation support young talents during their first years of career in terms of professional growth and skill development?

In 2023 VF launched the VF EMEA Internship Program at our Stabio headquarter: a 12-month immersive experience aimed at nurturing young talent through shared learning paths and a strong community culture. Then starting in 2025, the program was expanded to our Antwerp hub, where it runs for 6 months while maintaining the same structure and objectives.

Our internship program runs twice a year: one cohort beginning in January, and one in July. Its cohort-based approach fosters a collaborative and supportive environment where interns develop alongside their peers, sharing challenges, achievements, and meaningful connections.

All interns benefit from a structured development journey designed to accelerate early career growth, through shared learning paths and a strong community culture. We offer workshops to help interns build upon soft skills such as feedback and time management, but also how to communicate effectively across different cultures.

Furthermore, we have our internal GIG program, where employees can apply and join a short-term project alongside their role. These projects can be in align with what they already do, or something completely different – fostering the learning and help our employees learn new skills, meet new people and grow their career paths into a new direction.

 
4) What initiatives do you promote to support well-being, a positive company culture, and work-life balance?

VF promotes employee wellbeing through initiatives such as hybrid working, flexible schedules and free access to onsite gyms. Associates also benefit from commuting support, local partnerships and an employee discount across our brand portfolio.

We also nurture a sense of belonging through dedicated Belonging Communities, which are employee-led groups that create spaces for connection, authenticity, and shared passions within a safe and inclusive space.
